In clinical nursing work in internal medicine, it is common to encounter patients with severe conditions and multiple body ulcers. After admission, it is routine to use air mattresses, air rings, etc. to prevent patients from ulceration and pressure ulcers at the ulcers. However, the balloon can only be fixed at a certain point in clinical use, and its ability to withstand pressure is limited. Our department uses rubber gloves filled with water and placed on the ruptured area for use, and the clinical effect is satisfactory.

[1] Method: Take one rubber glove, pour warm water into it, tie the glove mouth tightly, and then place it on the ulcerated area of the patient's arm, leg, and foot.

[2] After injecting warm water, the rubber gloves can withstand the pressure on the limbs. As the patient lies in different positions, the liquid in the bag will adjust its fit with the skin, making the patient feel comfortable and without any pressure. In this way, it can prevent bedsores and save department resources, which is a very practical method.
