1. Overview
Medical gloves are rubber film products made from high-quality natural rubber latex as the main raw material, processed into molds using a coagulant impregnation method, and dried. This product is divided into left and right pairs for medical surgery.
2. Purpose
Medical gloves are generally used as protective equipment for medical surgeries. They can protect the surgeon's hands and skin from damage and infection, and prevent the patient's body from being invaded by bacteria and dirt carried by the surgeon.
3. Main production areas and export regions
The production and export of latex inspection gloves in China are mainly distributed in Shanghai, Tianjin, Jiangsu, Guangdong and other places, and the products are mainly sold to the United States, Canada and Western Europe.
4 Experimental methods:
① The weight and lightness of the gloves should be checked manually by inflating the rubber film one by one according to GB7543-96 regulations and expanding it by about twice. The wrist opening can be stretched and expanded by hand (the fingers are generally not expanded). If defects are found, they can be examined by doubling the local expansion.
② The length (total length from the middle fingertip to the wrist opening in the vertical direction) and width (half of the circumference of the thumb base palm) of the glove are measured by flattening the product and using a mm scale.
③ The thickness is measured using a rubber thickness gauge with a division of 0.01mm to determine the thickness of the double layer, and then the thickness of the single layer is calculated. Measure the arithmetic mean of three points: the fingertip (about 10mm from the top of the middle finger), the palm (near the center), and the wrist (about 25mm from the edge), but the thickness of the thinner point should not be less than half of the thickness of the thicker point.

5. Chemical composition
The inspection of the chemical composition of gloves mainly refers to the inspection of raw materials and auxiliary materials, such as natural rubber latex ZnO、EZ、 Antioxidants 1 # and 2 # shall be tested according to the relevant provisions of the "Compilation of Raw Material Conditions and Test Methods for Latex Industry".
6. Packaging and Storage Transportation
The packaging of disinfectant gloves must be sealed with composite film to prevent affecting the disinfection effect. During transportation, be careful to avoid moisture and rain to prevent damage during transit.
7. Production precautions
The production equipment for this product has strong continuity and a large production volume. Therefore, when arranging production, it is necessary to produce in batches. Generally, at least tens of thousands of pairs of a variety need to be produced continuously to ensure process control, reduce losses, and improve quality. At the same time, we must adhere to the principle of producing first and selling first to avoid prolonged inventory time that may affect quality.
